Earl Grey Chiffon cake

Earl Grey chiffon cake is a soft american tart, or better a donut, flavored with earl grey tea. Since I discovered it I can’t live without. I always use different flavors.
Get yourself the classic chiffon cake mould and that’s it! Come on! At work!!


(for a 24 cm chiffon mould)
200 gr flour 00
200 gr granulated sugar
5 whole medium eggs (about 300 gr) 
130 ml water
90 ml sunflower seeds oil
12 gr powder yeast for cakes
5 gr tarte cream
2 sachets of earl grey tea
grated peel of a bio lemon
Pulp of vanilla bean
