Pina colada chiffon cake

Pina Colada chiffon cake is a soft donut flavored with pine-apple, white rum and cocoa. Coconut milk and pine-apple give a fresh flavor to the chiffon cake, very good for summertime.Here below the ingredients, doses and step by step process.

INGREDIENTS:

(for a 24 cm chiffon cake)

300 gr flour 00 
300 gr granulated sugar 
100 ml coconut milk
100 ml juice, fruity pulp or pine-apple syrup (the juice contained in the pine-apple syrup tin cane)
150 ml seeds oil 
7 whole eggs (about 420 gr) 
16 gr baking powder for cakes (1 saceht) 
1 bio lemon 
1 vanilla bean

For the frosting
25 gr powdered sugar 
2-3 spoons of rum

To complete
Pine-apple syrup (or fresh) (to taste). 
fresh coconut or dehydrated (to taste)
