(for 1 donut 26-28 cm)

200 gr flour00
50 gr potato starch
50 gr bitter cocoa powder
220 gr granulated sugar
3 eggs
120 ml seed oil
150 gr yogurt (white or vanilla)
1 chemical yeast powder for cakes
One pinch of vanilla powder
2 pears
butter e bread crumbs (to taste)to grease the mould
