Ingredients for the soft base
– Eggs 4
– Sugar 115 g
– Butter (melted) 115 g
– Flour 00 225 g
– Chemical Yeast Powder 1 sachet
– Milk 50 ml
– Vanilla Bean 1/2
– Lemon Peel q.b.
– Limoncello ((to taste)) q.b.
Ingredients for custard cream
– Sugar 150 g
– Flour 00 85 g
– Milk 500 ml
– Lemon Peel q.b.
– Egg Yolks 4
– Vanilla Pod 1/2

Preparation for the soft base:
In a bowl with a whisk, mix the eggs with the sugar until it melts completely.
Add the melted butter, the sifted flour together with the yeast, the milk, the grated lemon peel and the previously vanquished pulp from the carved pod.
Mix well to obtain a smooth and silky mixture.
Transfer the dough of the soft tart into a low cake tin measuring 26/28 cm and grease it with butter
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven, turn over on a serving plate and allow to cool
Preparation for custard:
Bring the milk to boil with lemon peel.
In a bowl, combine the sugar with the flour and mix with lukewarm milk (the one you put in the pot to boil).
Add the egg yolks and vanilla, mix well.
Once the boil has been reached, remove the lemon peel, pour the mixture into the pot and cook until boiling, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, transfer to a tray or baking dish (it will cool first), cover with contact film and allow to cool.
In a bowl, put the strawberries together with the limoncello, the mint and a couple of tablespoons of sugar.
With the juice that will be created, wet the soft base.
Stuff with custard.
Complete with previously flavored strawberries and some mint leaves.
