Being home –made pâte brisée very elastic it becomes suitable for the little final toppings of your savory Tart. It’s very easy to prepare it. For stuffing I used artichokes and ricotta cheese, an irresistible combination that never disappoints. Prepare it for a buffet, an outdoor excursion or dinner with friends. You will surprise them!

Ingredients

A Low-sided pizza baking tin 26/28 cm ( I used low-sided pizza baking tin by Pentalux)

For the pâte brisée
300 g flour 00
100 g cold butter
1 egg
a pinch of salt
ice water (to taste)

For stuffing
10-12 artichokes
1 egg
2 garlic cloves
300 g ricotta cheese
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
milk (to taste)
salt/pepper
extra virgin olive oil (to taste)
5-6 cherry tomatoes
chives
1 egg and 2 tablespoons of milk to brush on top of the Tart
