Apple and Hazelnuts Oil Shortcrust Tartlets
It’s a delicious recipe for a fruitful and roughage cake made of apples and wholemeal flour.
For the perfect cooking of a delicate shortcrust, our food blogger used a light and non-stick mould. She suggests indeed our aluminum moulds.
For the hazelnuts oil shortcrust:
60g spelt flour
40g wholemeal flour
50g sunflower oil
65g rough sugar cane
1 pinch of salt
For the stuffing with apples:
2 small apples
1 tablespoon of rough sugar cane
1 tablespoon of rum
Some drops of natural vanilla flavor
