Apple and Hazelnuts Oil Shortcrust Tartlets

INGREDIENTS

For the hazelnuts oil shortcrust:

60g spelt flour
40g wholemeal flour
60g hazelnuts
50g sunflower oil
65g rough sugar cane
1 pinch of salt
For the stuffing with apples:
2 small apples
1 tablespoon of rough sugar cane
1 tablespoon of rum
Some drops of natural vanilla flavor
