Baked donuts are a different version of the classic fried donuts. Unlike the traditional ones indeed, the dough needs to be kneaded and not leavened. Here below the ingredients, doses and process for soft and light baked donuts.

Donuts al forno glassati con cioccolato bianco

This recipe has been realized with Savarin moulds.!

Ingredients

(for 10-12 donuts)

120 gr granulated sugar
150 gr flour 00
100 ml whole milk
80 gr white yogurt
90 gr eggs (2 whole small eggs)
50 ml seed oil
8 gr chemical yeast poweder for cakes (half sachet)
2 gr vanilla powder
half tablespoon lemon juice

For the frosting:

150 gr white cover chocolate
50 ml fresh sour cream
coloring gel
