Dough-less wholemeal focaccia with figs, gorgonzola and walnuts

It’s a smart recipe, absolute to try!
I used the Pizza Oven Baking Sheet by Pentalux!


INGREDIENTS: (for a 30 cm oven baking sheet)

250 g Manitoba flour
250 g wholemeal flour
15 g brewer’s yeast
1 teaspoon of honey (in alternative 1 teaspoon of sugar)
450 ml water
2 tablespoons of extra-vergin olive oil
1 tablespoon of salt

Per the pickle:

65 ml water at room temperature
65 g extravirgin olive oil
10 g salt

For stuffing:

4-5 figs
30 g walnuts
70 g gorgonzola cheese
Rosemary (to taste)
