Stuffed focaccia in a pan (no leavening)

The stuffed focaccia doesn’t need any leavening, it’s a very tasty dish to prepare in short time avoiding the use of the oven, plus You don’t have the long waiting leavening time! To cook this delicious focaccia the new Omelette Pan by Pentalux was used: a sort of pan /fornetto ideal to perfectly cook both omelettes and recipes of this kind.




300 gr flour 00
Instantaneous Dough Poweder (1 sachet)
10 ml evo oil
230 ml warm water
12 gr fine salt
3 gr sugar
For the stuffing:
1 boiled potato
60 gr sweet fontina cheese
30 gr Hungarian Salami
Salt and pepper (to taste)
