PANCAKES ALLE CILIEGIE E MASCARPONE

Pancakes are a classic snack and Sunday brunch.
Sweet or savory, the pancakes are a cuddle to be consumed slowly.
It’s the cherry season, why not put them directly in the dough?

Following ingredients, doses and process for soft and tasteful cherry pancakes!

PANCAKES WITH CHERRIES AND MASCARPONE

This recipe was made with the new Dolomite Pentalux Pan, PFOA-free!

Ingredients

(for 6-7 medium pancakes)

1 whole egg (60 gr)
30 grams sugar
half vanilla bean
100 ml whole milk
100 grams white yogurt
30 grams melted butter
150 grams flour 00
8 gr baking powder for cakes
200 gr pitted cherries
mascarpone to taste.
100 gr pitted cherries
20 grams sugar
lemon peel to taste
