Beer can chicken with thyme and mint

Pollo alla birra con timo e mentaIt’s a recipe I have been cooking since long and I have to admit everyone love it. It’s a very easy recipe which doesn’t take that much time in process and in cooking, so it can be prepared for instance when you have unexpected guests or simply when you get back home late. It has been realized with a Pentalux product.

For this recipe the beer is the main element. I choosed Lucana-style Moretti beer, found in my september “degustabox”, absolutely perfect!!

INGREDIENTS (for 6 pax)

900 g fuse chicken (6 to 150 g)
100 g fried cubes (celery-carrot-onion)
1 butter nut (20 g)
Flour (to taste)
Extravirgin olive oil (to taste)
250 ml beer
