 SEAFOOD SCIALATIELLI WITH LEMON OF SORRENTO

Seafood Scialatielli with lemon of Sorrento are the most favorite dish when they are in Campania, maybe savored with the sea in front and a glass of fresh rosé.
Since this scene is just one of the many memories that I bring in the last weekend spent in Sorrento,
this morning I woke up with that flavor in my mind and I wanted to recreate at all costs.

We propose ingredients, doses and procedure for the delicious Seafood scialatielli

SEAFOOD SCIALATIELLI WITH LEMON OF SORRENTO

This recipe was made with the low-sided skillet of the Professional Line!

Ingredients

(for 4 people)

For scialatielli:
400 gr durum wheat flour
1 whole egg
100 ml water
50/60 ml milk
10 ml oil
a handful of salt

For the seafood sauce:
1.5kg mixed seafood (shrimp or prawns, octopus, cuttlefish, squid, mussels, clams)
20/25 mature tomatoes
extra virgin olive oil to taste
2 garlic cloves
salt and pepper
a pinch of chili
a grated lemon of Sorrento
parsley to taste (facoltativo)

For shellfish bisque (I use it to bring the sauce to cook and to stir):
crustaceans heads q.b.
1 onion
2 celery stalks
2 carrots
5 cherry tomatoes
parsley to taste
2 lemon peels of Sorrento
a little bit of olive oil
water to taste /p>
