Coconut and Clementine impossible cake

Much of the excellent result is due to the use of a quality non-stick baking sheet, mine is by Pentalux: I have not even used baking paper as the cake is instantly removed on its own.

INGREDIENTS:

375ml milk
60 g coconut flour
40 g melted butter plus a small piece of butter to grease the mould
Some drops of natural vanilla flavor
1 egg
50 g di flour 00 plus a tablespoon of flour to flour the mould
150 g caster sugar
2-3 tablespoon of bio clementine juice
1 grated clementine peel (add an extra dose according to your taste)
Powdered sugar to brush at the top
